Assumption of Risk
In consideration of being allowed to take part in the Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt on April 3 and 4, 2026, I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with said course, for any harm, injury or damage that may befall me and or any person that has come with me. Including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen. I also specifically agree that Bible Baptist Church shall not be responsible for any such injuries, loss or damage even in the event of negligence or fault by Bible Baptist Church.
I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Wisconsin and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
I understand this is a legally binding agreement. I further state that I have carefully read the foregoing release and fully understand the contents thereof, and I sign this release of my own free will.
